Really terrible experience. We invested in a build with Generation Homes incl paying our deposit. Months and months of time of discussions, delays, false promises, finally landed on a price. Three months later we went back and had an updated price with a few small additions and they jacked up the quote by 130k (additions were to about 15-20k value). When we then backed out we werent offered a partial refund or justification on how our deposit was used, until we chased it up ourselves. In fact when first raised the salesperson acted as if the deposit was all used up. Which wasnt the case at all. Really cant recommend. Their sales process is awful and deceptive. Went with another local company and had a larger plan with lots of trimmings for 50k less to contract in a fraction of the time. Lesson learnt.
