Tracy Booth - Sports Therapy
I had hamstring issues for 3 years that started affecting my workout routine and overall fitness level. I went to 3 different Physio before Tracy. Still, Tracy was the first one who sincerely diagnosed the situation and identified that the issue is not in my hamstring but calf muscle and worked the right areas. She is excellent, and thanks to her, I am getting back on track with my workout routine.

I have been seeing Tracy after a series of accidents last year, first as a supplementary treatment with physio, then becoming the main support for ongoing maintenance. Tracy is very skilled in what she does, highly empathetic and in tune with what your body needs. She has been a tremendous help in my recovery and I could not recommend her more highly.

If you are in the Auckland area, Tracy is THE person you need to see for any and all physiotherapy needs. She knows exactly how to treat each injury and what to do to prevent and strengthen any on going issues. Couldn't recommend any higher!

I’ve experienced many massages, some good, some awful! But Tracy Booth is exceptional. She is able to release tension and painful muscles without inflicting pain. Her assessment of ‘what the body is doing’ is outstanding, allowing you to work with your PT to develop weaknesses and overcome historical issues (or new ones for that matter). Can’t recommend her enough.

Tracy is a rare find. I've seen lots of massage therapists over the years and the results since seeing her are outstanding. I don't need massage as often as I used to when seeing other therapists in the past, and the pricing is totally in line with the quality of service. I highly recommend her.

Tracy Booth - Sports Therapy
It was amazing to find Tracy during a long-term stay in Auckland. She is conveniently located in the city and was easy to get to. We were able to work together each session where she listened to my complaints about lower back pain, chest tightness after workouts, or just need for general relaxation. She was able to specifically address those areas with targeted techniques and pressure, and I always left feeling much better than when I came. I did a total of 3 sessions and if I am ever in Auckland again I will definitely look her up. She was friendly and we always had great conversations about tourist destinations and travel.

Tracy treated me while I was working in Auckland over several weeks. I have a reoccurring injury with my left hip, and from the very first treatment, Tracy was able to diagnose what was causing the pain and then like a psychic, she treated the areas to assist in helping to heal my injury. Tracy has such an easy going personality, she makes you feel very comfortable and you always leave so much better than when you came in! She's a good listener too.Darren Yap

I had a chronic knee pain for years which was getting worst and started to affect my activities. I was recommended to see Tracy as part of my physio and after a few sessions with her, the pain started to ease up and I could go back to doing long walks without much pain. Using her deep tissue massage and pressure point techniques she targeted areas that causes the pain and not just the area where the pain is. She has a great understanding of the body and it's movement and also provides advice on how to manage and essentially to avoid pain recurrence. I am truly glad to have found her and definitely recommend her!

Tracy did a fabulous job of helping me get through rehearsals in the final weeks before dance competitions with a damaged hamstring. She has a lovely warm and professional manner and provided great advice on how to manage this injury during that time and then followup treatment. Highly recommended! My grateful thanks Tracy!
