My family and I have been coming to this wonderful practice for over a decade. For the last few years, we have been seeing Stephen who is both extremely experienced and effective at sorting our various ailments. His knowledge of the human body and how it works is second to none. He uses this to problem solve and sort out the best treatment for each of us. We always look forward to catching up with Stephen and leave knowing more about how to help our bodies be the best they can be. Stephen accepts ACC claims and I love the online booking system. Thank you for all your genuine care of our family.EDIT: A story - Back in 2019, my son injured himself doing Long Jump at athletics. He could barely walk and the following day was leaving for a four day school camp! Stephen kindly extended his working day to accommodate seeing my son. When Stephen had finished, my son was able to walk to the car and the following day he could carry his pack to camp and fully participate in the camp. It was unbelievable!

I went to Stephen as a colleague recommended him. I found Stephens approach fantastic. He listens to you and talks you through his process. I felt we were making great progress after every visit. His knowledge is second to none, thanks Stephen!

I came to see Chrissy after injuring my leg due to heavy lifting whilst being pregnant. Barely able to walk and sometimes even stand at 11 ish weeks pregnant thanks to Chrissy I managed to continue working up until 38 weeks pregnant! She also did follow up care and helped my baby after his difficult delivery which definitely made improvements

I saw Stephen’s reviews and decided to book an appointment. I must say he is truly empathetic and listens to your needs. From there he’ll do the treatment and help your muscles relax and your back aligned. He also gives advice and exercises that can help in the long run. Highly recommended. Thanks Stephen!

We saw Melanie for my daughters chronic and persistent headaches. She w lovely, open and honest about her technique and what to expect. It will be an ongoing treatment but I felt comfortable and confident in Melanie. We'll definitely be coming back and I may even book a session in for me.Pricing is reasonable, less compared with others.

Visited Stephen yesterday for my first visit at the centre.(my first Osteo visit here in NZ). I was pleased with the reception, the setup, and the approach of Stephen. I told him my needs and he proceeded to work through my session as hoped. Sure, his style is a little different to my (Aussie Osteo) previous one. In short, he will be getting another visit as a return customer, yes, I was happy with what was achieved. Thanks mate!(ps..costs similar to home back in Aus!)

As a result of careless weightlifting, my neck got stiff, and I lost some upper-body mobility. In just a few sessions, my neck and back went back to normal, and now I am lifting iron again!Thanks very much!
