I had really high hopes for this cake but i was let down. The cake was so beautiful and the filling was fruit which was just amazing and Devine. The issue was that the rose petals were filled with taro which i never asked for and Taro tasted bitter sadly. A big let down. Thank you for making the cake on time which was appreciated

Friendly and professional service here, really feel welcome and valued every time I visit.Many tasty treats here, I am partial to the Tiger Roll as a chocolate treat, and love the ham rolls and pork buns they make. This is one of the locations that can make you a coffee or a tea (currently dairy and soy options), and I really enjoyed my mocha today, good value for money.Expansive counter space for up to 5 people in one corner of the shop, with big windows looking out onto the busy Great North Road.Plenty of delicious baked goods to be tried here, I have become a regular customer and patron.

very unreliable...there factory cancelled our cake order and they informed on phone at exactly the same time as we were supposed to go pick up the cake. we had a party of 70 people and ordered 2 tier designer cake. but had to arrange an inferior cake at a higher price. when i went in later to take refund and said compensate in some way, the owner (communication issues) thought i was asking for another big cake free of cost. what i meant was atleast be forthcoming and do something to retain your customer after this disaster. but she started crying and shouting and showing me pictures of theives in her store. on email later she offered $25..but no thanks you have lost your customer...can't rely on your poor service.

We bought a black forest cake on yesterday, we strongly believe black forest is the chocolate sponge filling with lot of cherry.First time in classic bake house,but they really made us disappointed bez inside full coffee spong coating instead of chocolate,I paid 50 doller for very small cake.I bought it for my son's birthday ,very sad.we just wasted our money .I can give rating ; 0/10

My partner ordered and paid for the birthday cake, when he went to pick it up. They said they didn’t make it; I got no choice but had to choose other flavor.. such a disappointed experience. Not very reliable service. Won’t recommend or come back again.

I recently went to this store to buy bread and found that there has been a big change in the store. New furnishings, new owner. Delicious bread and cakes are also very affordable. Great tasting cakes. I like to buy a cup of coffee with tiramisu cake, So delicious! The attendants is very warm and friendly.

Amazing mocha coffee she even ajusts the temp if you let her know i highly recomend to my friends and she gives a great bubbly very friendly service. ive been going here regularly for over2years now but was so guttered when i went in yesterday and she wasnt doing coffees anymore please sort this out she has alot of regs that love them as its the only one in the area
