Fabulous place to dine in. Food and coffee was amazing. Worth trying their cocktails very unique and tastes delicious. Best part is their service, super friendly staff and easy to talk to. Special shout out to Tennessee? For the great service. Will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed a late breakfast after visiting the Remaker and art gallery next door. We had a lovely and comfortable experience. The staff were so friendly and the atmosphere very cosy. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. I recommend this minty green juice, most refreshing. We will be coming back here.

We enjoyed our meal here. Staff were welcoming and friendly, being a long weekend most of the tables were booked out but we managed to sit in a nook near the fire. Service was great and food didn't take long. We had the espresso martinis as well which went down a treat. Would definitely come back.

Wow! I don’t know where you get your super friendly happy staff from, but can you let The Phoenix know as they are lacking. Anyway. The Favourite Husband was late as he was changing a flat tyre in the rain, excuses, excuses, so I made the most of the kind server advising that Happy Hour only lasted 5 more minutes. We were off to a good start. One very wet Favourite Husband later we started with oyster shooters and gouey delishousness that is cheese fondue balls. The chilli salt on the edge of the oyster shooters - genius. We went on to have a couple of small plates, tuna - excellent and cauliflower with a harissa that was simply fabulous. The Favourite Husband is sick of asparagus but declared this the best dish of the night. The only down side was the eye fillet at $55 it was a bit fatty and the jus a bit thin. Unlike me who was left stuffed to the gills. The noise level was high and the in-house DJ unnecessary, but we thoroughly enjoyed our night. Great job Nectar!

What a wonderful experience! The food is both interesting and really tasty, friendly and fast service, great atmosphere. An overall display of great taste. Thank you!If I could give any suggestions, it would be to add a little more greens to the plate.

A friend recommended this place and I booked confident it would be a great night out for a group of 9. We all agreed the food was really amazing. I had crispy tofu, rice noodles & crispy salad with the tastiest dressing. My husband loved the fried chicken. The night lights looked very attractive. But the MUSIC WAS THE LOUDEST I'VE EVER HEARD. We had to sit outside as we couldn't hear each other talk. Even the 19 year old with us said the music was too much. Outside was better & we were grateful for the heaters as it was the coldest night this year. Half way through our meal the AMP blew up & the music stopped & we were so relieved.

Great new spot with vibrant tropical atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and actually happy. The meal I had was a Tofu Bowl and had lovely balances flavours. I can’t wait to get back there and try more of their menu.

Lovely selection of cocktails for $18 each, really interesting flavours. Menu looked amazing but I was only there for bar snacks. Service was very attentive and outdoor seating area was comfy and we'll lit.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Nectar on Matariki. The staff were so friendly and helpful, food was delicious and loved the decor! Definitely be back.
