Not bad, in city center, good for business. Unfortunately, parking is a bit of an issue.

wish i could give 0, lying there not sleeping out of fear/general noise because other “guests” decided outside my room is the perfect place for a get together!

Pros: Spacious rooms, fantastic heating, proximity to town.Cons: The bed was awful. Our bed back home has a collapsed spring right in the center of the bed, so we know true discomfort...And believe me, we would have preferred our bed with a collapsed spring. The bed felt as if we were sleeping on bricks. The couch was uncomfortable - you could feel the springs as you sat down and it had several stains on it...The whole motor lodge also smelt like burnt toast - solidly, for three days? The smell was inside my room as well as in the car park. Was very, very weird.All in all, not a bad place to stay. If the bed was more comfortable, I'd easily give this place a high rating. Unsure if we will stay again.

Room is very loud, there was an altercation in parking lot at 1 am, checked out early and would not give refund for our 2nd night.Other than that, Room was spacious, but not the cleanest. You're probably better off sleeping on the floor. A futon with no mattress is probably more comfortable than the ancient beds.

WARNINGDO NOT STAY HERE… DO NOT STAY HERE… DO NOT STAY HERE!!!These people have no right to take your money for a safe and peaceful night stay as they cannot offer it..If I could give a negative number if I could however I had to give 1* to postThis is no different to a council estate… if a council estate is where you feel comfortable then yes pay your money..I’m in bed after a long day travelling with some strange men leaning on my door.. laughing and talking very loud outsideI don’t feel safe!!Contemplating going to my car and driving to a quiet place to sleep

Though it may look a bit old, it's located in the heart of the city next to Cuba St, some rooms are newly renovated and kept well. Free parking is great.

It was wonderful location where was about 100 meters to Cuba street from back door. The owner was very kind and helpful. The apartment was specious, clean and quiet, especially since there was a spa in the room.

Great location - easy walk to many things we wanted to see / do. Cleanliness was a bit under par, beds are tired and internet connection was not available during the night.

I was worried after reading some of the reviews but it was nice and clean, & had everything we needed including a well equipped kitchenette. Great location, reasonable price.
