the customer service at closing time on 23/10/22 was amazing!! The 3 girls serving had an efficient system going, and were very nice, despite the fact they were closing very soon. One lady in particular was extremely enthusiastic and kind, making us feel very welcome. An amazing subway and they weren't out of any ingredients!

Levin is the best Subway I have been, too. The service was amazing. The girls really knew their stuff. It was clean, and the fridges were well stocked. The sandwiches were nice and full of ingredients. Just a super cool experience.

Customer service tonight was unfortunately tarred with rude service. Young lady may need some food health safety advice .

People closing subway on Sunday 23/10/22 night closing time were very good. Made me laugh and they had meatballs and cookie AND the toaster machine was working.

Went in and a Māori lady was severing all the customers while the rest of the staff talked to thief friend who even skipped the que and they served her. Māori lady deserves a pay rise and a promotion and more hours
