Paper Plus Westcity

They had what I wanted so I was pleased. The sales lady was very pleasant and it was a good experience overall.

Excellent range and service. My only question was why the staff were not provided with chairs as i am 82 and felt a bit dizzy and that is when i found out even they did not have chairs.

I was surprised by the great variety at this paper plus! I made a special trip out to visit it and was not disappointed at all.

I love this store. It is in a great location, has an excellent layout, is clean and there is an extensive range of products. Their NZ made limited edition Kurtovich brand diaries are fabulous. Awesome customer service and this is one of my favourite shops in the mall.

I used to print documents in the store. The first instruction usualy is just to send it to the email they post by the cashier. I was trying to help by sending it before i reach the cashier, however I was confronted in a rude way. The cashier said you come here first before you do anything, and i will not be standing here waiting for you if your not yet ready.It would be nice if I was approached and told off nicely then I would gladly comply, however it was the opposite way.

I phoned called there for a book spoke to Andrew who worked there , Thank you so much for finding that book and taking the time to phone call me right back to come and get this book that ive been searching for years your Amazing and much Appreciated

I was met with a very friendly and helpful staff member when I went in to buy a pen for a gift. Gave me good advice and was lovely throughout my whole visit.

My workmate and I work at West City Mall in a customer service role and we were both shocked with how we were treated.Earlier today I made a purchase in store and discovered Paper Plus offer printing/photocopying services. I previously tried searching online if they did but their website didn’t mention anything. Later on that day I went back to the store with one of my workmates to have a look at the printing/ photocopying prices. There were 2 staff at the counter. I asked the female staff if I could take a photo of the prices and she gave me permission. As my workmate and I were leaving the store we were abruptly approached by the other male staff who was the Manager/Owner. He questioned why we were taking photos of his store in a rude manner. I told him I had asked the lady if I could take a photo of the printing prices as there is nothing online and showed him the photo as proof. He said each store differs, said sorry and that he was being careful of people taking photos of his store.However I believe the manager/owner treated my workmate and I rudely and with discrimination based on our race, age and gender. We are both young female adults and of different nationalities. I felt intimidated by the manager/owners use of his authority. If he has a problem with people taking photos in/of his store he needs to direct his staff not to give out permission next time. I apologised although we were not in the wrong.Due to this experience myself and my workmate will not be coming back to this store. We will not be recommending Paper Plus Westcity to our coworkers, friends and family too.
