I had a massage from Jess today and it was the best massage I’ve had. Even down to the massage balm. Unity is lovely and cool the moment you walk in. It’s a really nice space and I felt much better after leaving. Definitely recommend and would love to go back.

An incredible studio offering everything I'm after, reformer pilates, Barre and yoga. Excellent instructors who all seem passionate about what they do and the impact it can have. A big and important focus on getting technique right. Highly recommend this studio.

I live outside of New Zealand so I recently signed up to the unity online classes - these are amazing, great teachers and clear easy to follow instructions and feel like get a focused workout which is fab. I only wish I could also attend your studios for in person classes in Auckland too!!

Had such a good Pilates workout at this cute and light studio. Really enjoyed the staff and the bright interior. Highly recommended.

The classes here gre good. I feel like I get a good workout everytime I go, and always feel tired but strong. I really like the Pilates but they are all pretty good
