Foxton Beach Holiday Park

We arrived at short notice and the friendly young lady at reception made us feel more than welcome and arranged for us to park the motor home just in the other side of the office so we were right on top of the facilities. It was only a short walk to the estuary and a little further to the beach. Nice quiet spot to relax in.

What a magic spot to stay, friendly team, very clean and superb maintained grounds. We have been on the road 3 mths and staying at many camp grounds over both islands. This one tops it. Even the camp cat is super friendly....you get the whole package.Gordon, keep that grassed short my man, we loved not getting wet feet to visit the toilets.

What a great place. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we had on our trip.The amenities were clean and the showers were great.

Lovely clean facilities, Cabin was warm and comfortable but a mirror would have been handy and also a towel hire option. Very friendly staff and great for kids and dogs!

We stayed here with our caravan, family joined us with their van and friends from Australia hired a cabin. Reception staff were very accommodating when trying to get our bookings sorted at the initial stages and with our requests and changes.The shower rooms are awesome, spacious, clean & excellent water flow. All other facilities provided were well maintained, very clean and well equipped. Even a herb garden provided in the BBQ area.Our sites were fully grassed and spacious which was awesome as we have rather a large caravan. BBQ table provided on the site.Great access to beach & river, Foxton township has everything you need and some very good little cafes near the beach within walking distance from the camp. Palmerston North city & Airport close by ..hence why we chose to stay at Foxton.Very pleasant 4 days spent here - highly recommend this holiday park.

Lovely A-frame cabin with kitchenette. Shower/toilets are a short walkway. Warm and cosy. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were great. The room was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Wonderful views

Foxton Beach Holiday Park has an effect on you - it makes you just want to come back, so we did. Nestled between the Manawatu lagoon and the Tasman sea beach, its spacious setting is tranquil. Awoke today to a Tui chortling. But there is more - facilities are unequalled and spotless, then most importantly people make a place. Here it is Tina, who is fabulous, ever so helpful and completes the perfect experience at Foxton Holiday Park. Thank you!

Got a free bump to amazing family unit. Great service, close to shops, all needed mod cons and more. Wifi only downer..very patchy. But I came here to chill right so alguds. Been here several times. Highly recommend!
