Walked in, and waited to be served for 10 minutes. Almost as though I was invisible. Not overly busy at the time, either. Second visit with a similar experience. Will never return.

This is a must visit place. Great staff, beautiful food at reasonable prices. Quick service despite a very busy Friday night. Highly recommend.

Have stopped here several times when passing through Taumarunui and will stop again! The kai is great! Friendly staff and their fish, chips (fries) & fritters are superb. Sometimes there is a selection of fresh seafood add well.

Wow. From the outside not the most appealing storefront but their fish n chips are blinking awesome. Best batter I have eaten in ages. Chips were light n crispy. Definitely would stop there again

Got a No. 2 meal for takeaway to eat on the drive back to Auckland. It was about a 20 minute wait since they were quite busy. they do quite a lot of different foods like pizza, chicken and burgers, but I just stuck with traditional fish and chips.I quite like their batter since it was really crispy, it did hold a lot of oil and my mouth had a greasy feeling after drinking water. The fish and chips were nicely cooked. I wasn't a fan of the sausage. It was a really decent meal, all for $10.

Pretty good effin c's.The pre-sauced H dog didn't go down a treat with my friend (pictured).We did wait for one hour to receive them but they must've been particularly under the pump as it's Xmas time.If you know about the wait it'd be fine, we thought it was going to be about half an hour but no worries. Would eat again.

Great food. I got the spicey chicken burger and wedges, service was great and friendly. Hope to get back there again and try other things. Seems likke a very popular local takeout
