Absolutely love Ally’s approach to Yoga and Pilates. From a total beginner, I’ve been taking her classes for over 3 years now. She makes every class fun and is super supportive, regardless of experience level.

Ally's pilates classes are so fabulous, I highly recommend them. Really great fun, non-judgemental, give it a go, you won't be disappointed and you are guaranteed to have a great laugh and get fitter into the bargain.

If you don’t already know Ally has a loyal following who follow her around regardless of location! That itself is testimony to Ally’s teaching and engagement style - never a dull moment but also challenges you to reach for new targets after you’ve mastered the last one! My husband and I have followed Ally for the past 4 years and we look forward to many many more Pilates/Yoga adventures with Ally!

Excellent studio and fantastic teacher - small class sizes, individual attention and nice people! I’m not a sporty person and I have come further with Pilates while training with Ally than I felt was possible. Easy to get to, ample car and bike parking. Great for body and mind!

Uptown Pilates and Yoga
I’ve been training with Ally for over a year. I’ve gained flexibility and strength in my hips and core. I have done personal training sessions as well as mat and reformer. It’s all good with Ally! I recommend giving Pilates a try whatever age you are.
