Needed to replace a soft toy that was lost for our wee dog. Rang to see what they had. Very friendly and helpful. Toy was put behind the counter for collection.

Took Jess for a bath and was very easy to wash, everything provided and so easy to usebrought a token and had 30 minutes. Did not need that time.

Love animates, always have a great range and I get all my vet quality pet food from them. Adopted my beautiful Betta fish, Jeremy from them too and he has been doing beautifully.

Went to discuss barking and anxiety issues with our new rescue dog - 18 month old Bichon Frise. Staff were welcoming, listened and made some great suggestions. Supplied me with a bark collar that is non-shock (thank goodness) and a calming treat. Both are working brilliantly - now my husband doesn't have to move out!
