Thanks for the quick and experienced service . Lovely to have someone experienced to right a problem that has been plaguing us for over five years. The door was really hard to open especially with a cat who wanted out twenty times a day. Now it moves freely and we are very happy with it. Many thanks

Over $100 for 20 mins work on a lock, which now rubs against the door frame every time its opened and closed and makes an annoying squeeking noise. Wont use them again. Reached out to us after the job was poorly rated and for that i upgrade review.
