My 90yo Mum loves Alicia. She is kind, gentle and never makes Mum feel rushed or a problem. At home my mum has carers come in but this stops while she is away.When my Mum comes to stay Alicia comes in each day and helps mum with her bathing and dressing. We often hear them laughing in the bedroom.Alicia offers the perfect service for us and it allows Mum to have some dignity and not feel she needs to rely on us.

I have had Alicia, helping me with housework and various things. she is a breath of sunshine. nothing is too much trouble, she is kind and very caring. I would highly recommend her, very trustworthy.Makes life so much easier . I am so lucky to have her in my life.

Alicia is great. She has helped me enormously in many different ways in the 3 years since my husband died. Driving me to medical appointments, computer work I couldnt do, driving me to the airport and then back, to name a few. She is a very happy cheerful energetic girl and I always enjoy her company and look forward to the next time I ask for her help. Julia McKenzie
