HIKOCO Queen St

lovely staff, i came way too early for my pickup order but they helped sort me out :)

I had a facial and afterwards I had to stop by Hikoco to buy some patches. The girl (short, Asian) was amazing. My face was still a little bit red due to treatment, I was feeling awkward. She helped me find the products and choose the right one. I'm very grateful. (And in the Christmas crowd nonetheless.)

Wide range of reasonably priced products and the staff take genuine effort to help you understand and choose the right product for your skin type/ issues. Highly recommend! They also have an online store where you can look up their range and purchase.

I have been shopping at Hikoco for a while and was always happy. I used their online shopping and in person and was always satisfied until my recent visit. I used click and collect this time and was saddened by their customer service. I kinda felt not appreciative and seemed that the store was very uninterested in their customers. Two girls by the register were occupied with their own stuff and were not paying attention. My purchase was almost $200 and i had not even one tester. Maybe its a new policy but they used to put 2-3 testers in any of my orders and even if it was online shopping I always received something new to try which is always nice. I got nothing this time. I love their assortment but sadly their service turn me off.

Beautifully designed store with lovely aesthetics. Huge range of kbeauty products and kind friendly workers. I come here a lot :)

I came today at around 12:45 in the afternoon. There were four girls inside the store when I went in. Not one of them greeted us, in fact they were all standing at the counter chatting to eachother, only one of the girls was walking around tidying up the shelves. I totally understand talking to your coworkers but when there’s more than one customer in the store it should be basic customer service to at least greet them. I was going to buy something as I shop here often and was curious about another product and wanted some help, however decided that I would go elsewhere as there are plenty of Asian skincare stores in CBD that actually give you customer service.

It was ok. It is very airy, I think they are more online present than actually have stuff in shop, which is a shame, I was hoping to try out some shade.
