Property Management at its best. Ania has been very considerte, flexible and easy to deal with through out my tenancy. Her efficient communication and friendly yet professional approach is what would make me choose lloyd and Richardson over and over again. Cannot fault these guys...!!!

I had a great experience being a tenant with Nick Welch as my property manager. He made sure that any issues with the property were addressed quickly and was always excellent with communication. My overall experience was made very easy and was by far the best tenancy/ property management experience I have had in Wellington. There are so many dodgy property management groups in Wellington so it was a privilege dealing with a professional and trustworthy company.

Previous tenant with Lloyd Richardson for 5+ years and would highly recommend. Nick Welch and his team were always professional, considerate and responsive - I never had any qualms about approaching them regarding the property and remediation to issues or repairs was attended to speedily.

Property managers are always a big part of my decision when considering rentals - Nick gave a great first impression, and absolutely lived up to it! In addition to being clear and prompt with communication/work, he's also very reasonable and considers any impact on tenants. I know others who have been even longer term tenants of Lloyd Richardson Ltd, and I've only ever heard positive experiences. Builder Blair is also wonderful, a very considered and considerate maintenance guy. Definitely recommend Lloyd Richardson for a happy tenancy!

Nick is a very responsive Property Manager who has been good to deal with over the 3 year period I dealt with him. His clear communication and pragmatic approach was helpful.

I am an ex-tenant and writing my personal experience with Lloyd Richardson group.I found the property managers very honest and humble persons despite them being in a very comfortable position considering the wellington realty market.My experience with all the property managers - James ( who organized my tenancy agreement) , Sean ( who took care of the maintenance and inspections) and Nick ( taking care of the final settlement ) very professional and help me understand how things work in wellington rental market. The property managers are absolutely honest with state of the property and the rent charged is very reasonable. I will personally recommend this property management group to any new or existing tenants with good intentions to contact this group and trust them. My bond was returned in full and there was no hassle.The property Mangers are available to assist you with landlord reference on exit. Unfortunately I had to move to Sydney , If I do come back to Wellington I will personally reach out to Lloyd Richardson group.

I've lived at properties managed by Nick and his team for 4+ years, they have been brilliant to deal with! Nick helped us find a new property when we moved and was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or issues the properties themselves were always kept to a high standard, checked for the healthy homes requirements and fire safety etc. I would highly recommend the team here - they really looked after us!
