Public toilets in Wakapuaka are revolting. The toilets say they have been cleaned but they are filthy. There is a build up of grime and dirt and rubbish dumped in the bathroom. This is my second time calling OCS to complain. Whoever is cleaning theses bathrooms is not doing it effectively or daily.
