We received excellent service from McClelland Heatpumps. John gave us a prompt quote and was superb in all his communication. The installer Laurie was extremely courteous and efficient putting our ceiling cassette heat pump in. We will certainly recommend this company.

Impeccable service, A grade work.I contacted John about a quote for a heat pump replacement for my Mother, within an hour I had a call back, within a few days a new heat pump had been installed at a fantastic price. Fantastic service from john and his team regarding our heat pump john had a damaged report written up for me to give to the insurance company also told me i would have a new heat pump fitted in 1 week they certainly delivered great team of guys who put it in well done would highly recommend McClelland heat pumps AAA+

Wonderful service. Arrived for quote on Saturday and installed two days later. Friendly lads arrived on time and did a wonderful clean job of removing old and installing new heatpump. Asked if I needed help with remote etc. A lovely warm and cosy home again. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Fabulous service and really fast, friendly and they have Fujitsu heat pumps in stock. Thank you to John and the team, you’re truly awesome.

Awesome service right from the start. John came out promptly and gave great recommendations. It was a fair price and we got two heat pumps installed in the same week. The install guys were fantastic and even helped us out with some other issues in the house. Will use again for sure.
