Staff too busy eating lunch & on phones @ desks where they do nails! to acknowledge me standing @ front counter for 5 mins.Plenty of more professional nail salons just a short walk away in New Plymouth CBD

Went in with the little slip they leave when they can't deliver a parcel and the woman barely acknowledged me, she was talking to me but staring at her scanner thing and speaking in a monotone voice.She did say have a nice day but with no actual energy to it, a smile or even eye contact.Based on the other reviews, it's not uncommon. They all just seem to hate heir job really.

I've been following up regarding a parcel that the New Plymouth branch delivered to the wrong address, they said they will help me lodge a claim for it but it has been 2 months and never heard back! Can't be bothered ringing them and all they will say is they will email me, but never does! Very unprofessional considering we use them as our company's courier service.

Our nz courier driver refuses to attempt to deliver, unlike every other company.My choices are to leave it on the street (2 computers and a box of toilet paper were left in the rain) or get every package from the depot.Yes I have 2 super friendly dogs - a red heeler and a kelpie, but each other company can deliver and have never had a problem.

Terrible service. Watched the courier get out of his van and put the missed delivery note in my letterbox without even coming up to the door. even though the parcel had notes saying to leave it at the door. then at the depot, 2 days later, the person there was very rude. not acknowledging me for a good 30 seconds and then gives me nothing but a rude tone throughout the entire interaction.

I have been using NZ courier regularly for 10 years, most of the time they are good but I have found two issues:1/ If they lose your package and you need to go through the reimbursement/compensation procedure, don't bother, they make the process very very drawn out to a point where you just give up, it may also be incompetence, I do not know for sure.2/ During the lockdown they claim many of my clients are closed so they cannot deliver, which was false, these clients were open and this bad service has disrupted my clients business.

Courier left a 'signature required' parcel on my front doorstep and signed cd on my behalf without ensuring I was home (I was but did not hear courier and only realized parcel was delivered when I checked tracer app. ). Parcel was visible from street. If parcel had gone missing would NZ Couriers take responsibility? I understand contactless delivery but I believe it to be illegal to sign anything on my behalf WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

Paid $21 to send two bottles of well packaged beer from New Plymouth to Auckland for NZ homebrew competition. Each bottle double wrapped with bubble wrap, then put in a brand new robust shoebox packed with massive bubble wrap so it couldn't move around , then taped up with considerable amount of parcel tape. I couldn't understand the high price but didn't have the time to go elsewhere at the time. They never even made it to the destination as one smashed on the way. For this to happen it must have been subject to serious abuse. Now have lost opportunity to enter competition, wasted $24 on entry fee and have been offered a free courier ticket for the company - they won't refund. Completely unsatisfactory response. I would understand if I hadn't taken such care packaging the items. Will never use this company again.

Total lack of urgency from staff when searching for my parcel (took ages to find it), poor customer service & quite untidy premises. Also, when a courier comes to someone's house & they're not home, PLEASE place the sorry we missed you" card in their letterbox!! Mine was put in my ranch slider door & could have easily blown away
