Andy came to our rescue when we had a tyre come off the rim. He was calm, thorough and very safety conscious while ensuring the car was not damaged when getting it onto the trailer or while towing it back to Auckland. We enjoyed your company and really appreciate your help dropping the car at the closed dealership then dropping us home. Thank you.

Unsure if they actually did the service as 2 weeks after, coolant level showed too low and they didn’t reset the service notification on car computer. Put my car back in, they again didn’t get the coolant, very unsatisfactory service.

Great team here. I called and asked for a pre purchase inspection and they fit me in at short notice. They found some minor issues with the car that made my Decision to purchase more informed. Highly recommend these guys. Very professional

My vehicle broke down the same weekend as the Beach Hop, prompt service in diagnosis, amid busy period with classic car issues, was let down with the late delivery of parts. Whangamata Service Center were kind enough to offer a courtesy vehicle for the period I was waiting.They were very apologetic with parts delay.
