Best after sales service I have ever experienced. I bought CS Work-Meshchair from PB tech for my child’s online schooling. My excited year 7 child did his best assembly job but forgotten to remove something important for the chair gas lifting function. We couldn’t figure out why the chair was not working so submitted a message via Contact Us tool from the company website. Richard immediately responded with very clear photo image instructions to solve the assemble errors. My child is now very happy. Apparently, the chair assembly was very easy. It was my year 7 boy missed a simple step on the instruction. The chair is very comfy and support healthy straight posture during his schooling and gaming times. Thank you, Richard!

Excellent chair, and fabulous service. I popped into the company, they usually only make chairs for business orders. After I explained that I have a back issue, really want a designed chair. They made a chair for me within 2 weeks!!! More importantly, the price is very reasonable.
