Loved loved loved this kmart ! Visited from Auckland and this was by far my favorite kmart clean and shelves were packed everything I was after was available and we got lucky as they had alot of clearance manged to stock up on kids clothing while on holiday, can't wait to visit again !Keep up the great work

Many items in the wrong places without prices. Store is quite messy and disorganized.

If you love KMart stop here. Always well stocked and tidy and never mad busy like Auckland stores. Can have a leisurely stroll around the store. Lots of parking.

Wonderful shop... Great collections and best prices

Honestly they have great stuff at unbeatable prices but literally 90 percent of the time I'm looking for something it's out of stock. I think in the past 10-15 times I've searched for an item in-store or online it's always out of stock. It's gotten to a point where I just go to the warehouse and pay a bit more, because at least they will have the item.It's getting so genuinely tiring. Why list items if you never have the stock?Like I say, 5/5 items for the cost, the staff are great, but the item availability is a solid 1/5, a near waste of time

They have better customer service I have ordered a product online to click and collect, but the package was damaged. After informing about that they have refunded. I am really appreciate about that.

I'm originally from the USA. Where we used to have Kmarts. They have recently closed all their stores in the States. So I was surprised that there was a Kmart here in NZ!Having said that the Kmarts I'm used to were not very nice places to shop. This is probably why they closed. I considered them cheap stores that were usually a total mess. So I rarely shopped there. When I did it was for baby clothes. Babies grow so fast that I never saw a reason to spend a fortune on them. Kmart was a good place to buy baby and young children's clothing.Here's the interesting thing, Kmarts here are like Targets! If you don't know what those are they are higher end than WalMart hopefully you'll know what a Walmart is like.The Kmarts here are very nice. Not high end, but nice. They carry a bit of everything.The Kmart here is clean, neat, well lit and a nice store. Their clothing is great and they have a good selection. None of it is expensive and if you shop for stuff when it's on sale, you can get a great deal.The only real disappointing thing for me is the check out area. It's all self check out and there's almost always a long line. The machines seem to break down regularly, which slows down the check out process. I wish they had cashiers. There are people there to help you but they always seem very busy and it's just hectic. I dislike the checkout system here.Other than that, I was really happily surprised at how nice Kmarts are in NZ! I now shop there anytime I need clothing. I've bought home goods as well here and except their fans, which I've had 2 of them break, I've been happy with that area as well. They have a good selection. They also sell makeup and other stuff like that which is great as the prices are good.I definitely recommend the Kmart here.
