Starbucks Albany

Starbucks are well known for good coffee, and I suppose with that comes a wait.....but today it was just ridiculous. Order 2 drinks and 2 cinnamon scrolls.....scrolls were long gone by the time the hot drinks came. Two of the same hot drinks, but a long wait between them to!!I look around and it's a bunch of teenagers running the show. Yes, they were getting the job done, but in their own time. No adult supervision and the customers waiting for their drinks was getting thicker. And need I say people next to us complaining about the same thing.....too long a wait.Drinks may be awesome, but I tell you, business will be lost regardless of the good name STARBUCKS!!!THIS NEEDS LOOKING INTO!!

Gentleman at counter was nice despite being super busy. But the green tea latte had no foam, and the girl making it clearly did not know how to steam milk....and I did not appreciate how it was made - milk spilling everywhere and clearly first day with not enough training to be serving coffee/drinks.

Tried the strawberry açaí lemonade, started alright. It’s Starbucks what else can I say. I also bought a cup for my friends birthday party. Anyways does anybody know do they get a discount if they bring their own cup?

I'm not usually one to complain but I purchased a flat white and it was burnt quite badly. I took it back and quietly apologized because I felt bad taking it back. The barista girl made another coffee but unfortunately it was burnt just as bad as the first one.I couldn't be bothered complaining again so I went to another Cafe next to Michael Hill Jeweller and paid for another coffee which tasted 100x better.I would recommend sending your barista for more training because you can't sell coffee that's not drinkable.I'm sorry to say this but that was probably the two worst coffees I've ever had in my life.

I am a person who do not complain regarding service, but this one, i need to bring it out so management know. I asked a lady if she can just put my drink in a takeaway cup and said to me that the drink was discounted so they cannot put it in a takeaway cup. But there was a guy in the back that his face was very different when this happened. You can read his face that he was annoyed. I am just asking and I do not deserve that look from a person who is in customer service. Please address this kind of behavior. It is not acceptable.

Jasmine was the friendliest barista! She went out of her way for me to make the best drink possible. She is so smiley and definitely needs a raise! Will keep coming back as long as she is there!

Food is pricey, and if you go in peak times, be prepared to wait a while. However the drinks are super tasty. Bonus of a free drink on your birthday if you have the app.

You really need to reassess your staff’s ability to make coffee. I’m drinking a blend burnt coffee. I’m not liking this….Also, none of these are available: napkins, cup holder…

First time in a Starbucks as I am not a coffee drinker. But, I was lucky enough to be gifted a $20 STARBUCKS GIFT card.I arrived at the Albany Mall Starbucks on Saturday 20th May at 1:56pm to a bit of a line. With my email from Starbucks at the ready.Finally, at the front of the line - the young guy serving me (not listening to me or paying attention) was told multiple times. That, I would like 4 x muffin's - from memory they were $4.70 and repeatedly he kept getting this wrong.Finally, time to pay and I was advised by a female employee that I couldn't use my voucher. Without, downloading the 'Starbucks app' even after explaining. I will likely never use the app again.I then moved to the side and 35mins of setting up a profile and entering all my details. Then trying to activate my voucher via the app had meant the line had since grown stretching out the door.So, I approached the staff member - she had originally asked me to 'download the app' 10mins more and she offered to do it the old fashioned way" and to my surprise just entered my details at the till manually.Sigh.... You mean all that time! and you could've just done that.45mins later ... I was handed the muffin's. I proceed to leave. Thankfully

I am a frequent visitor to the Starbucks in Albany and I absolutely adore the exceptional service I receive from the staff. As soon as I walk through the door, I am greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from each employee. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one.What impresses me the most is how knowledgeable they are about the products and menu items. They are always happy to suggest drinks and food items that would suit my taste preferences. They take the time to answer any questions I have and ensure that I am completely satisfied with my order before I leave.The cozy and inviting atmosphere in the store makes it the perfect spot to enjoy my beverage while catching up on some work. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks Albany, all thanks to the friendly and attentive staff.I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a top-notch coffee shop experience in the Albany area. Keep up the outstanding work, Starbucks Albany staff!
