The team service is fantastic and all staff were all very friendly and professional. Darrell gave an honest and accurate quote and was very open in his communication throughout the process. The installation team were great – fast, efficient and made sure I could see updates on what they were doing. Darrell came in on the day of installation to check the workmanship to sign it off and Aileen was great with administration in the process. I highly recommend working with them!

I have battled with condensation in a double glazed home for 4 years. About 3 months ago Nick came to see me after I made an online enquiry. He was professional, on time, polite and clearly understands all there is to know about home ventilation. I had many questions about the concept, and he answered every single one without using industry jargon. We discussed a cost effective solution of my home, and a week later Greg arrived on time to install. He completed the installation in less than 4 hours and left no trace of dirt or dust.I now have a dry home that smells cleaner and all the previous mould issues are over.I can highly recommend the team at Kiwi Energy Solutions - every step of my experience was faultless. Great service fitting new flush fitting light fixtures. Initial contact from sales for informtion and quote was prompt and informative but not pushy. Electrician who came to fit lights was efficient and tidy. Lights look great and seal the gaps in the ceiling that the old ones created making for better insulation.

We got LED lights replaced in our home recently and insulation in the ceiling.We were really happy with the efficiency of the installers and the friendliness. The installers worked really well and cleaned up after they had finished. We had 24 new LED lights installed replacing our old ones, and David and I are very pleased and happy with them. And absolutely couldn't fault anything from start to finish with the workmanship especially Darrell, who gave us our quote and explained everything to us in his very friendly helpful Manner and there was no pressure to decide to go ahead, and organized it to be done promptly. Then Greg came and installed the lights, and was fast and efficient and no mess, cleaned up as he went along, did a great job. Thanks very much, and a special mention to Aileen! These guys are great. I first encountered this team a few years ago. Jamie came round for a home visit and gave me honest advice on what my house needed. What I thought would be fine for my little place would not do a thing. At the time I wasn't in a position to go ahead with anything, but then earlier this year I got back in touch, ready to go. They remembered me, and Jamie came back for another check of my house. He made his recommendations and then handed me off to Aileen and the install team. Aileen was friendly, professional, and set expectations clearly. She updated me promptly with any issues or delays and kept me well informed.I noticed a difference within a matter of days. The temperature is more consistent and the air feels... softer? I don't know how else to describe it. My home doesn't feel so harsh anymore.

Excellent work all round by the team. Jamie came round and gave us a good quote and some handy information that other insulation companies had completely missed.Aileen was great at arranging the install and communicating with us.Came to installation day and the lads did a great job, I checked under the floor and in the ceiling after they had finished and it’s a proper job, nicely fitted insulation. Immediately noticed a huge difference in the comfort level of the house. We would usually burn 8-12 logs of wood a night to heat the house, now we can get away with burning 6 or less, so a massive savings in firewood. Drastic reduction in noise from road traffic noise outside which I was surprised by too :) cheers team
