Dry pork belly, unfriendly unhelpful service and small portion sizes. Owners must have changed as they used to be OK. Workers are fine, manager/owner is piece of work. Avoid.

I was recommended this place by a friend of mine and he wasn't wrong. Good portions and great tasting food. Will definitely return.

We absolutely LOVE the meals from here. The potatoes, particularly, are great. We tried a roast from somewhere else on night when this place was closed and were disappointed. This place has good portions and nice meat and vegetables. We usually have the pork, and it is delicious!

Good food though have noticed they getting abit skimpy on the meat portions, even though the cost of the meals have increased

This is absolutely the best roast I’ve ever had in Auckland and hamilton. The lamb is so tender and juicy, potatoes crispy and soft on the inside, they choose the best kumara as well. Highly recommend this place! Also BYO containers to get $1 off!

Great selection of food and menu was clear and presentable, food was beyond delicious, and that gravy oh my god was divine. Do recommend you give all the meats a try at your own pace ,Never had an issue with any. Meat was moist and the vegetables were cooked to perfection. Male sure you get the gravy separate so you can enjoy it to its fullest !

Delicious meat and veg. Pork belly was very tender and had a good crunch on top. The roast potatoes are really good as well. Would definitely go back. Shared a medium roast and a roll between two and it was plenty of food.

The veges and gravy were great but the chicken is not a roast chicken. It was no different to KFC chicken. Wouldnt order again.
