This is a huge thank you to Serena.Having made several phone calls to another store with no success I called the Silverdale store and spoke with Serena. She was efficient,courteous and very understanding. She made 2 calls and the situation was resolved. Thank you again .

They dont refund after 2 weeks... only give a store credit which is not very good if its value is $600..Just another way to force you to buy from them.. I've bought an oven,dishwasher and fridge from NL recently...

Went in for a single SD card and it took a lot longer than it should've. Staff weren't interested in helping and were mainly focused on their phones. had to ask 5 people for help just to get the shelf unlocked. We were getting walked past and told they were busy and to ask someone else. After finally getting it and waiting at check out where no one was, another three people walked past not one acknowledging us at all. The store didn't even seem that busy.

Twice I went in to buy a phone and twice went off and bought elsewhere after very poor and disinterested service. If you have no phones in stock why do you not suggest a model that is, or offer to take your name and advise when your preferred phone is available??

I think that overall I've already had great customer service. The staff seem to be well trained and knowledgeable of their products which always helps. Even if I might pay sometimes a little more I still purchase from this store just because the customer service is so great.

Thursday and store is dead. Asked for assistance from staff who was very busy doing something on their phone. Sort of assisted, whilst continuing to do stuff on mobile. Help was pretty much useless, dismissive and downright rude. Customer seemed to be inconveniently getting in the way of personal mobile time. Seriously, where's the management in this store????

Not able to get any service. Not busy. Lots of staff hiding away in groups talking and playing on their phones. One person kind of grunted at me. About time head office did a mystery shop at this store. PB Tech, although much further away, sorted in 5mins and happy with my purchase.
