Click and collect service, the staff were very helpful in getting my order and speedy pick up, we were able to have a look at the grounds but it looked amazing and well stocked up. If you join online you can back order products and they notify you when it arrives and you pay before you collect or have it delivered.So good having this service.

I love this place and their gardens just awesome

Online order for 12 trees at $600. 8 of the 12 trees arrived damaged, most with their trunks snapped. The boxes they were packed in were clearly too small and I believe most of the damage occurred during packing rather then transit.Offered $50 credit as compensation and then just ignored my reply afterI explained a voucher for less that 10% of my cost is quite a low offer and I was expecting a refund for closer to 50%.I wouldn't have brought the trees from the retail shop if I had seen them broken. If trees can't be packaged without damaging them then customers should be warned, I think.

This is the best nursery ever, every plant, tree shrub you could ever want or imagine. Particularly at this time of the year everything is in flower absolutely beautiful. All planted out roses.St Mary's and Sally Holmes my favorites and I didn't go to buy haha!

A brilliantly laid out nursery....beautiful to wander an a lovely lady their knew exactly where what I was looking for was...and they were in special. Standard roses....almost at the end of the season so i was pleased.I would have put 5 stars as my review however as the condition of the. Was not the greatest...I felt a further discount or given treatment supply would have made a top purchase. The man at the counter shed was their spraying an care was enough....yet I'd just taken a massive amount of effected spot black n orange leaves off...so hmmmm...not such an obvious amount of care perhaps. I would have purchased other plants/trees if the counter customer service an happy face was better this day. Wouldn't have taken much for a raving review...huge thanks to the lady working in the section.

I have been shopping here on and off for 8 years. It’s a lovely nursery to walk around, the staff are exceptional in service and knowledge. I’ve bought fruit trees, trees, grasses, natives, flowers and all. They are the top end of pricing but the plants are always healthy, strong and in great condition so I don’t mind. I know I can come here and the get the advice I need. Lovely staff, lovely nursery, worth the drive out of town.

The stock and plants are in excellent condition. The staff are approachable and knowledgeable. The layout of the nursery is interesting and attractive. The owners love plants and nature, that's obvious it is their passion. Lastly the scenery of the surrounding gardens, in any season, is beautiful and fascinating. A lovely place to explore!

Best nursery! We travel from Pokeno to here to get our fruit trees. Every plant we've bought from here always does better in comparison to the same things we've bought from mitre 10 or bunnings
