Bald guy was a rude, dismissive, and not helpful. The store was not busy. He was pretty much like I'll only do an assessment if you're committing to buying shoes today and pretty much walked away. Like, no, Im not gonna just buy whatever you recommend if I don't like the style, design, or fit, and some people like to think about it and research it before purchasing. Customer service could do with improvement.

Experience especially with Nick is great. Very knowledgable about the shoes that he has and what is appropriate given any old injuries , support requirements etc. Only had one pair of shoes that I had to take back years ago which weren't quite right and as promised swopped them out for another pair that were perfect. Would highly recommend using if you want to get a decent pair of shoes that you know are suitable for your feet.

Awesome service, very knowledgeable on Te Araroa trail running, with latest shoes arriving in store.The staff can fit your shoes for every type of sport.Making sure you walk out the door with correct shoes wether it be for trail running Or tramping.They also stock socks for individual sports to suit.

AWESOME service from the female team leader/manager here - sorry I didn't get your name!They helped me sort out an issue where a different branch had given me a shoe that didn't work for the way I walk, so had started to cause me knee pain after a few weeks. The team here fit me into a shoe that feels much better for me, and honoured the discount the other branch had applied at the time, resulting in a small refund and a much happier customer overall. VERY impressed with your service, and thanks again for your help!
