I ordered lowering springs for my car. I spent $750, I was emailed the tracking number and receipt. However I never received the springs and their website is down and the number is disconnected. Do not order from this website ever.

Place is a scam. There is no way to get in touch with this company. We spent $700+ for springs about 4 months ago and they had excuse after excuse lined up, until we requested a refund. And now we haven't heard a single peep from them. Do not trust this place. Their recent reviews will be fake and they will probably delete this review.

Would not recommend, my daughter had returned wrong parts she ordered, she paid extra and ordered new correct parts, new parts have not arrived no communication from the company and phone is now saying disconnected, no reply to numerous emails sent, very unsatisfactory and unprofessional

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!UPDATE. HAD TO GO THROUGH PAYPAL DISPUTES TO GET REFUND. In March I ordered and paid for a pair of Bilstein shocks i was advised there would be a delay and I understand the current freight issues around imported goods. However after 3 months and no eta available I couldn't wait any longer and requested a refund...I was told by Jo this request for refund would be forwarded to their refund department. After 2 weeks of waiting and no response to my emails still no refund has been received. I'm sure you agree this is frustrating and all I want is my money back. I would appreciate some communication and prompt action on my request

I have ordered rims from this business in the past with absolutely no issues, I spoke with the owner directly at the time on the phone and inquired about rims and pricing, he shipped them cheap as chips and they arrived next day at my work, and look amazing on my car, it was the best service I have ever had in my life. it seems as though now that I go to use this business again based on a good past experience, it is temporarily/permanently closed? Or something has happened to the owner preventing him from being able to get back to any customers? Whatever is going on I feel as though customers should receive some form of explanation

Aden has always been super helpful and prompt. Very knowledgeable and always has the answer im looking for. I will definitely be buying more from AdensTyres!! I recommend to all!!

I ordered lowering springs from this company and they haven't provided the product or refund, $650. Multiple emails requesting my refund without any luck. They are now closed. Do not buy of these guys.

Ive spent $600 on lowering springs and i have received no response from my emails... the phone number has been disconnected and the website is down, i cant even request a refund. Dont order from adens tyres.
