Had a nice experience exploring a new build with this team. We ended up not moving forward with the build due to cost. That being said, we only decided to not move forward after this team put together a few rounds of contracts for us to try to make something work. Their communication and transparency during the sales process was top notch and if we come back around to build in the future, we would happily start that process with them again.

Trust the media about their bad reputation. I would suggest trying another building company, otherwise talk to a good lawyer before signing the contract with them as eventually, you’ll need it. I had a terrible experience which eventually led to losing 8.6 K (no invoice for nearly 6k and just estimation). No flexibility and they do not want to negotiate at all. The worst thing is that they are not honest with you and advise in the wrong way (based on their profit not based on reality) and charge you based on that even if they are wrong. Do not waste your valuable time and money here.
