The Dental Practice

Really positive experience dealing with The Dental Practice, who fitted my daughter's braces. The entire process and options were clearly explained to both myself and daughter. The dentist even took the time to properly repair the fix a previous dentist had done. Everyone we dealt with were very polite and professional I have recommended them to family and friends.The braces are off now and my daughter cannot stop smiling!

I got my braces here, from beginning till end i've always had a positive experience! Everyone is very friendly and i have enjoyed my time here, My orthodontist Darrell is absolutely AMAZING he literally changed my teeth around!! i had an underbite and they were able to fix it and my teeth look completely different and so much better now! i would 100% recommend to go here for your braces and everything else they are extremely caring and really want to help you!!

Bed service ( 사기꾼들~receptionist)

Not recommended. They don't act in the best interest of the customer only in the best interest of $$$. Was hoping to get normal braces but they insisted the clear alignment cost more and did very little. Initial experience was horrible! Got so many cuts in the lips and gums.

Dental Practice's orthodontic's service is simply terrible. I've been a customer to Dr Steven Wong 10 years ago, and the level of adjustment and the end results were MERELY ACCEPTABLE when the braces were down. The teeth were generally straightened, but the bite adjustment was almost non-existent. A few fillings were being added to the molar teeth on the permanent basis.If all that is not enough, what made me furious and very upset was that when I went for a general tooth cleaning last week with another dentist, I was told that I've got 4 decayed molar teeth due to the poor quality in filling material and dental process (see photo attach). I've made a complaint to The Dental Practice, and chatted with the receptionist lady. Yet there are no responses from that on.It was an extremely unpleasant experience, and we've decided to escalate the complaint to DCNZ.I hope my experience can alert those who are looking to do their braces with this clinics. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!
