Supercheap Auto Alicetown

The staff were extremely helpful and answered all my questions for my purchase. They knew where everything was which made purchasing easy.

The store had everything we needed, the prices were competitive, and had a vast selection to choose from.

Didn't have exactly what I was looking for in stock but a guy by the name of Alex worked out a substitute and discounted it to price the equivalent. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Great service. The opposite of my experience with Repco Wellington only half an hour earlier.

I would not recommend buying a battery and getting it fitted from here. The staff member who was told to fit it (nothing against him) appeared to have no idea what he was doing and was pulling at things near the battery trying to access it with no success. I ended up saying I would just go somewhere else and the other shop had absolutely no problem fitting the battery and were able to access it immediately. How the SCA staff member was trying to access the battery was VERY different to how the other shop accessed it and I think he could have damaged my car if I'd let him continue. This staff member was apparently the best person in the shop to fit it.... so I think you need to train your staff better or stop offering a fitting service.

Rang and asked if they had spark plugs for the car. Was told they did not. Asked them to physically walk over and check the bosch 4 paks. Girl said no point as they werent on the system. I had to physically go in and find them myself. The exact right ones that they said they didnt have. They werent busy either.

Not happy with customer service from two ladies who were standing at the counter. I had to go find another staff in store who could help with what i can buy for my car. The guy i found was very helpful , compared to the two ladies who just stood there and told me they were all the same. They were not very responsive.

Really good automotive parts store. Alex is an excellent manager who deserves a pay rise! He always goes above and beyond in order to source the parts I need and is super friendly with good general knowledge of car parts.They offer very competitive pricing and staff are really friendly and helpful.Definitely my go-to for automotive parts.

I kindly approached a helpful customer service person, who pointed me onto the product I required. I was very thankful for his help & proceeded to checkout. Thanks for the smooth sales process of my 12 volt jumper pack.

Leaving this here as SCA rejected my -ve review on their site.2nd time staff at Alicetown gave me the wrong product for Click+Collect. It is obvious the staff at this branch don't care about customers and the quality of the service their customers receive..Wasting customer's time is what they do best.Either visit other branch or better, go to Repco.
