Literally the worst service I've ever seen in a store. We ordered two pizzas and two sides. One pizza came without any cheese (it was a cheese pizza that we ordered) and one of our sides never got delivered. The store then refused to speak to us and would not answer the phone at any point. After a few tries they even started answering and ending the call immediately. Proper trash.

I was expected more from a pizza hut in a main city of waitakere but in a very small place they have managed to deliver a good service. The crew is good and very friendly. But the atmosphere is not. We had a great pizza.

App was really clunky, ended up ordering and charged twice, staff were very obliging and apologetic for the delay of my order. Manager assured me, I would be credited on my credit card for being charged twice, it will be a week tomorrow, still haven’t seen credit. I’ll change the wording of this review if there’s any change….2 weeks later, approached manager, as credit was still not forthcoming, asked him what was easier, credit refund or doing the order again, after consultation, he says credit is still being processed but if I still wanted the order again, he would do it too. So all good.Follow up, 3mths later, no credit refund, so it was good, that order was done again.

The cheese, the sauce, the price?? Everything is just perfect. The pizza is clearly freshly cooked and you can tell by that when you bite into the pizz and get the gooey cheese and it's still hot. Pizz Hut is definitely my favourite food place because it's cheap and delicious. I just had to take a picture of it

cold pizza, crust was super doughy and I don't know how you get that on a thin crust! I had to tear it apart as it wasn't even sliced properly. please sort this out.

The roster team there is kind & friendly.This place has become my favourite pizza destination, especially when it has a cheese crust menu back yeaay!!

This is very disappointing. I ask for cheese crust none, ask for any special crusts, told not doing them . Lady before me, hot completely wrong pizza and they said they didn't hear her properly. Just before leaving. I heard cook say of we do have a cheese crust available.

This place should have been closed down year's ago. Service poor, hygiene poor, staff are always smelly & poorly dressed. Owner & duty managers has not changed their standards. Very disgraceful, probably the very worst Branch ever.Orders are consistently wrong with missing items & to top that off delivery is always hours late. I'm only around the bloody block??Oh as an example I did a test, I placed an order online while waiting outside just so I could watch the whole process. I can also see the order screen and mine was the only one. Could see staff yapping to each other or on their phones. Watched as they only started my order 30' minutes later, their I watched it sit for another half-hour before the delivery guy made a move.Time now to contact MPI & get the Food Safety Officers in, either to get them to a professional standard or to close this place down for good.
