Found this studio when I was looking around for professional photographers in Wellington and now I know why this place has one of the best ratings on Google.Everything about the photoshoot was perfect - from booking in for the session, Steve's quick replies and check-ins and the photoshoot itself.I wanted to give photoshoots a try and was a bit apprehensive about what to expect. The session turned out to be a lot of fun and Steve definitely knows how to bring the best (poses) out of you. He has a great sense for colours and an eye for detail. The photos came out excellent and exceeded my expectations.If you are looking for professional photographers in Wellington, I'd definitely recommend Steve.

I had my graduation photos taken here at Profile Photos and the results came out exceeding my expectations. They're so good I picked up a few more from my initial purchase. Steve is a wonderful and excellent photographer. I don't usually like getting my photos taken and often shy away from the camera. Steve made me feel at ease and even showed me some tips to look better in camera. Steve provides an incredibly relaxed and inviting space and really helps you enjoy the whole experience while maintaining a very professional approach. I would definitely use him again for profile photos etc., and extremely happy with the end result and very fast turn around for the final photos.

I recently signed up to be photographed by Steve as part of his 31 for 31 charity project, having seen lots of his work around. He's clearly great at what he does (his portfolio speaks for itself) but I also found Steve to be super down-to-earth, unhurried, and accommodating, in terms of trying out different approaches so that you have some good options to choose from — all of which I really appreciated as someone who's not used to being in front of a camera.The booking process and communication leading up to the appointment was straightforward, too, which seems like a minor thing but went a long way in making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.If having your photo taken is a bit out of your comfort zone, I would definitely recommend having a think beforehand about the sorts of photos you're going for and being proactive about bringing ideas for poses and such, in order to make the most of your time with Steve, and so that it's easier for him to meet you halfway.All in all, a great experience, for a great cause — thanks again!

Enjoyed working with Steve to get some actor's headshots taken. Got some lovely shots with different backgrounds and looks, and once I had finalised which photos I wanted, the final photos were back with me within a matter of hours. Photos are excellent quality. Steve really knows his stuff. Also highly recommend the hair and make-up add-on, the artist works her magic and you are transformed.

Steve and I had a great time shooting creatively. It was my first time working with him, and he immediately put me at ease and made me feel at home.
