Friendly receptionist. Dentist I had is professional but has absolutely no social skills and it is over the top expensive. $135.-- for BARELY 15min, on top of that no ex-rays included for the price! Left feeling very disappointed and put down. Do not recommend!!!

Terrible. Spent $101 on a X-ray they were saying they couldn’t see anything in. I rang 3 times trying to get information from them with no call back. Then the next available apt was 8 weeks away. I would suggest don’t take new clients if you’re not able to look after them.Went to Smile dentist so much better, great team really caring.

I recently had 2 implants put in by Dr. Richard Henderson and I am very pleased with them already.I was very nervous before the appointment, but I realized the experience was so much better than I have visualized it. The pain was very minimal- only the local had some discomfort, I would say a pain score of 0-1 /10.After that no pain during the extractions or the implants procedure- drilling in to the bone- no pain!Dr. Richard and his assistance are great in explaining every step and putting their patients at ease. Great sense of humor added good value too :)All the staff are amazing - receptionists, doctors and dental assistants.Definitely go open- hearted and trust the process. It is all good.Thank you team ! I had been using a partial upper denture for some time however to be frank I was never happy with it. My dentist referred me to Richard and his team and to be fair I went with some trepidation. The initial consultation was very thorough and Richard gave a professional account of the options available to me and the associated benefits and risks. I have subsequently successfully received 4 implants and am now in the process of having a clip on upper denture fitted by Tristan at Duchenne in Christchurch. The 3 hour procedure of fitting the implants went like clockwork as did the testing of the grounding of the implants 3 months later. I cannot speak highly enough of the teamwork displayed by Richard and Sharon. I always felt at ease during what was quite a complex procedure thankfully interspersed by some light hearted moments. They were extremely thorough and were continuously cross checking their processes. Yes, the procedure is quite expensive but I do not for a minute regret having gone through it. If you are considering getting implants I do not think you will be disappointed with Henderson Periodontics.

Very careful, communicative process of installing implant teeth; competitive price and very pleased with the result.
