From the get go, my interactions with the company were great - the receptionist was lovely and friendly, CJ was professional and super prompt in getting back to me to arrange a pick up time. I had an urgent removal and they were so accommodating (especially as I was trying to coordinate it all from another city!) which really helped turn around an otherwise stressful situation! I wasn't there for the pick up but they turned up early, got everything moved quickly and efficiently, and they were just as nice in person to my friend as on they had been on phone. Definitely recommend!

Extremely happy with the service provided! My partner and I are moving today and they took so much stress off of us by helping us out with our last bit of stuff we needed to get rid of. When I initially emailed I got a response right away and it was very easy to stay in contact them. I was blown away with the level of ease! CJ's are great to deal with. Very quick responses, friendly, flexible, and even emptied out our garden waste from the woolsack and left it behind for us to use another day, instead of taking it away, which is more than I expected. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely be using them again! I wish I'd known about them earlier. They make everything easy. Highly recommended.

Emailed about removing a broken office chair and received a reply within half an hour. Communication was very clear and professional.
