Mirror is an absolute star..I find it hard to get my old head around technology so I went to the stabs in te awa the vase. .and guess what she sorted everything for me...she has the patience of a saint!Best customer service ever !!

We had a bad day with them!We drove from Cambridge to The Base, Te Awa yesterday and and told to come back as they promised us to repair the touch screen after they replaced new screen which not working properly but the home button is not working.Matt had embarrassing calling the 111 service as the touch screen not working.So we came back today, they are not doing it due as least 1mm chipped at the corner of iPhone 6s under their warranty which is void as the iPhone 6s was replaced on the 26/4/2019 but the iPhone 6s had protected covered and screen protecter too as it was impossible getting the corner damaged that’s void the warranty!?!? Almost 3 weeks after been replacement by them?!?! Not value for money or their service?!?!My son, 13 got this replacement, protected cover & screen from them for his birthday from my wife.Cost totally $172.00 - he is very upsetting about it.I think that’s they are too fast to get this job done within one hour?!? It might cause the damage the iPhone 6s screen & home button. I don’t think if they are focusing customer satisfaction and I felt they are for the money.

Super fast service for battery replacement of iPhone. Popped in on a Saturday and after having phone checked and signing a waiver the battery replacement was underway. Seems like a trusty and reliable repairer. Better than some others I have used in the past.
