Not ideal, card was declined, so I asked to swipe again, there was PLENTY of funds. The abrupt attitude of the sales man made me very uncomfortable. When told after I had been to bank , he apologised, so all kudos for taking responsibility. Bank confirmed no card issue, so the reader may be at fault.
