Great service and quality! Requested some work to be done, and next business day a friendly and knowledgeable plumber was at my door! Then got gas fitted after this experience, and was amazed at how neat and tidy the install is, considering our house is 1920's and would have been a challenge... nice one!

We're overcharged the first time I rang an complained but did not get back to me. An I said I did not want the same plumber to come back but they did not listen. So got the same plumber an his apprentice an they had the check to charge me for that it was only to change a waste disposal. I won't be calling them ever again.

Very efficient service.BUT VERY EXPENSIVE! Ok I am in Picton but was told when I ordered a plumber that the cost of coming to Picton would be spread over other Picton jobs that day. So does everyone get charged a $42 vehicle charge? Plus 1.25 hours when the total job took 20minutes? Seems excessive to me.I understand there are huge overheads running this business , but this sort of charging is not encouraging me to call them again.Sadly not much choice if you live in Picton.

Rang 9am Sunday morning as our toilet had a part broken off that had gotten wedged under the flush valve.Got through straight away with clear details on pricing, was told plumber would be here in an hour and he was, considering it’s a Sunday morning I was very happy with this, he then spent 20 mins to sort it out and be on his way. Didn’t ask for his name but I should have, very kind and professional. Will use them again

Had a burst pipe repaired down the driveway by Morgan Plumbing and burst a couple of days later, they say there work is garanteed but charged for returning to fix. Would not recommend this company.
