Hi Guys,Just going through a phase of Unfair Dismissal with an Australian Company here in Christchurch. Needed to clarify somethings. walked into the office, got a phone appointment. Was told someone will be in touch 48 hours, hasn't happened yet. Will give it another go.

No case manager here is trained to deal with mental health. I was told I cant be that depressed if I could make it to my appointment" when they would terminate my benefit if I didnt and was also told to "just stop being so anxious". I went through 4 different case managers here

I'm not sure which location Tracy works at in Christchurch. I called the 0800 number and Tracy help me. She was so understanding with my situation. I've been waiting for my application to process. She made everything easyThank you for the best customer service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed to use Jobseeker support when I graduated uni just before Covid began. I found the jobseeker sessions really unhelpful and demeaning. The job hunting resources are outdated, it would be better to have a career coach do the sessions instead. I ended up saving my jobseeker support to do just that and ended up getting significantly more replies to my modernised CV after having a career coach revamp it. MSD doesn’t care about helping people into jobs suitable for them, they just want you on any random available job. I also want to add that when you’re not getting a lot of support, the cost of transport to travel to these sessions is really expensive. It’s also taking time away from when you could be applying to jobs, and taking money away from your food/rent/utilities.

They're trying their best. Unfortunately, it's no where near enough. I was seeking emergency housing as my current living arangment is no longer adequate. I was given a list of places that were supposedly reliable, however the only ones that weren't full to capacity were either not looking for temporary tenancy" or were just not publicly accessible. Again

The Riccarton staff has been outstanding, especially my case manager. I had no problems with security. I found them very helpful when they asked me what services I was looking for. The reception didn't help me that much since I knew what I needed. I called ahead first to find out what documents I needed to bring.

I think the manager of this branch should be aware of the rude behaviour that one of her employees is showing at the front desk. This employee is an old lady who is very angry and ill-mannered. Although this lady is old, she has not been given proper training on how to deal with the customer. All the customers who are going to WINZ are vulnerable people and need help. I think the manager of this branch should be responsible for the rude behaviour of her employees training them on how to deal with the vulnerable people politely.

Very rude kicked out a 65 year old lady with health issues on to the street never helps anyone out the people that worked here needs to be booted out of the jobs

Msd dont up hold new zealanders bill of rights. Security is a joke, cant unserstand rstand English. Dont know the basic CIA laws fir security. ish
