Ellerslie Racecourse

I’ve been here twice for different event and both times was let down, came here for my school ball and the food was average at best, security was way too over the top, I got kicked out of the ball for having a vape in my pocket without even being seen using it or anything and playing behind some curtains. Girls where being searched in private areas and were watched while going toilet, really cramped. And keep in mind that we all paid $130 just not worth it to me

I absoulety love coming here for the races. We attended the New Zealand Bloodstock , Karaka Million event and what a brilliant event. We had such a great time.The crowd and the atmosphere was a vibe. The location was amazing with massive crowds with different sections. We were located in the Cavallo Club and we got free champagne and food, which was an an amazing experience.The highlight for me was the fireworks at the end of the show, truly spectacular fireworks. Ellerslie racecourse sure knows how to put on a party.The staff who served us the drinks and food were very polite and friendly. The location had lots of parking which was great. The toilets were very clean and spacious. I highly recommend attending the races at Ellerslie racecourse such a cool place.

Was at a 21st birthday party held there today at the event center were we were was good despite water leaking down from areas near the outside doors when it rained other than that the marquee was excellent the catering was awesome food staff excellent had a great time would of been 5 stars except for the leak which didn't affect our area I was in but you had to walk to another door to get inside to the bar area etc but thats just me

Good venue for the car show

They keep everyone in Ellerslie awake with their anti-social behaviour and loud music , loud bass all night.

It was nice experience very chill crowd everyone was enjoying at event many different stages all had different content, different music and I could go to any of the places if you feel like it’s enough then you have choice to go another music station it incredible festival I have been in here after long time. Moreover food was also available there after some dance and drinks you get hungry so food was there to eat and complimentary water .

Beautiful posh place. My daughter attended Auckland Grammar Girls school prom 2023 at Ellerslie Racecourse.They had a stunning fun evening.

Great place for company meetings. Just need a bit of modernizing.

Nice venue. Awesome food options for the buffet but the service at the bar throughout the night was a tad slow. Short on staff numbers I'm guessing. Please do better because I know the cousin paid a lot for your services.
