Without a doubt, one of the most professional firms I have ever dealt with. Had a heatpump installed by the Seachange team. I was drawn to them because of their license to drill through asbestos (we have some asbestos cladding) and was delighted/grateful that they were prepared to travel all the way to Auckland to help! Right from the moment I called them til when they finished the job, the experience was flawless. Excellent communication, competitively priced, and the workmanship was FIRST CLASS. Things like the drainage hose and conduit were done in a way that it is extremely unobtrusive. I cannot speak highly enough of this team.

Excellent Service from start to finish - Needed security cameras installed due to a recent robbery. They were awesome to deal and would highly recommend! They helped explain everything thing to me as I am not the best with Technology, both of the men installing Nick and Matt went above and beyond. They let me know my roof was leaking, which they didn't need to do as it was not part of there job. They even gave me a number to contact regarding my roof. Awesome work!! :)

We first used SEACHANGE services in Mangawhai. they did a wonderful job and at a very good price. They were extremely helpful with advice as to what size heat pump to install. When we recently purchased a new property in Maungatapere we had them do another heat pump installation. Again they were exemplary with all aspects of the job and their price was very reasonable. So quick and efficient work - from the initial inquiry phone call to Sam coming over himself to measure our area to ensure the correct size to the VERY reasonable quote to the install that happened today. Very nice people and have responsibility. Installed a heat bump with good value. Was have a little issue during the installation but response rapidly and positively.
