Rang them try to find out some informations , but they told me to search their website instead. Not helpful at all!

They send you an email, make you pay for a package you have already paid for then suddenly I can't track my parcel any more and the email they sent is suddenly unable to be read let alone opened its a total scam. I am angry!

This company is absolute mess and hard to deal with, terrible customer service. No Response of emails, calls always goes to voicemail.Even after paying my clearance charges for more than 10 days. Not received my courier. They give 3 days for payment if failed charges 15$/ day. Should the customer also get refunded if they are delaying to send the courier by day?

Big thank you to Fatin Farhana (Hana) | Operations Support Agent FedEx Christchurch.I was so disappointed that my package from EU was stopped because of the two items on invoice was not in English, so for one week I was not aware of this issue still not being resolved. I called them and nothing was done or explained to me that I need to provide new invoice.So I went to depot to talk to someone to help me and Fatin should get paid more for her job!!!! Best customer service ever!!!!!! This 5-star review is for Fatin !!!!!!

We have ordered few clothes from Overseas and used FedEx as our courier. The parcel was kept in the custom while we tracking, no one from fedex contacted us to provide the invoice. We just saw the status online and sent the invoice to fedex. After that we were keep calling them for an update. We call more than 6 times and waited for a week. I also call and told them this parcel is for a birthday gift and I need it before the birthday. They said they will follow up and call me back, now more than 12 days I didn’t receive a single call from them. What a bad service. I normally choose DHL. This time I choose Fedex and experiencing very bad service. I will never use again and will not recommend anyone. Please call me with an update at least

Absolutely terrible service!!!! My parcel is held for 5 months - (17/07/2022 - today 15/12/2022). No one help, customer service is totally horrible. I am constantly asking for information, but no one help. Manager// supervisor don't give a callback. Please use DHL, be aware of FedEx, horrible customer service.

Nothing but good things to say. Very helpful and friendly man behind the counter, who rescheduled my parcel; to the cheerful driver who took discharged his duties with perfection. Cheers, guys.

Absolutely terrible service. My item is held for customs clearance. I have provided the requested documents and after numerous emails, and phone calls (which end up either hanging up or being on call for almost an hour), no one has come back to me. Simply terrible, terrible customer service.

0 Stars - worst service I have ever come across with a freight company, package arrived in NZ on 13th June, 14th July its still in CHC with no hope of delivery on the horizon, you ring them & email them and they haven't a clue what's going on...

Just looking for it as I was sent a parcel from Auckland via NZ COURIERS who handed it over to POST HASTE, but has seemingly turned up at FEDEX 16 Ron Gunthry Rd, [talk about a run around & past the parcel - 3wks to get to Christchurch via overnight delivery?]!!!!????
