You know how when you drop your wife and kids at the start of the trail, whip down the road into town in your vehicle, and then ride back to them so you can ride it together? All good until your chain breaks as you leave the carpark...To cut a long story short, the team at Henderson Cycles and Mowers sorted me out with professional and friendly help in record time and prevented my day turning to custard. Awesome work guys, and I can ony give my highest recommendations.

We were riding the Rail Trail and my daughters gears were playing up and needed a new cable, so I took the bike in late on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fix for me so we could keep going. I was very grateful for the good service (and sorry if you finished later). It was much appreciated.

Had an unplanned stop here when a stuck mtb through axle foiled my attempt to load the car (to fit bike inside hatchback) when leaving Alexandra. They were very helpful, stopped work on a booked job to have a go at it and happy for me to leave with them when that failed (I had another gravel bike for my immediate needs). Friendly and willing service and good range of bikes and cycle gear if you need anything.

I received excellent service from Henderson Cycle & Mower Centre.I had an issue with the front brakes on my mountain bike and when I took it in they (Phil) gave me an estimate and a timeframe of 24 hours within which I could pick the bike up, which was more than acceptable given the time of year.Less than three hours later I recieved a text to say that the bike was ready and when I picked it up the final price was slightly lower than the estimate.Nice work team at Henderson Cycle & Mower Centre, 5 stars out of 5!

Great service - bled my brakes that were needing help so my husband and I could go on a ride together immediately. Then ended up buying a new bike instead. Really liked the help and patience they had as I tried it out. Super happy with my purchase - first ride on the new TREK was fantastic

We rang the owner of this business twice to book our bikes in for a service, giving him 2 days notice and we're told they would need them for a couple of hrs.
