I have been getting fantastic service from Looksmart Alterations over the last five year but the store has been passed to a new owner and now the quality of the workman ship had gone down hill fast.I had my jeans shortened and the stitching around the hem and the hem itself were uneven, when I went back for the work to be redone the girl behind the counter (the new owner) was pretending not to be the owner and proceeded to argue with me that this is how it is supposed to look.To the original owner, Carolynn you will be missed.

Took my wedding in to get altered price was horrendous for what i wanted done. Not happy with what was done so had to take it elsewhere to get fixed only 3 1/2 weeks prior to date. Lady was nice to deal with.

I came into Looksmart in the weekend in an absolute panic as my bridesmaid dress zip broke a day before my trip! I didn’t catch her name but the lady who helped me went above and beyond! She fixed the dress (did an incredible job) but more importantly was extremely kind to a very overwhelmed customer! 10/10 would recommend, I’m incredibly grateful thank you!
