Beautiful place to get Al your stuff for and around your house. Lots of products to choose from and you can also have a nice coffee for a break. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They love to provide you with helpful advice and information. Lots of parking spaces are available. They're also providing the customer with free Wi-Fi.

My kids love it here! We go to the playground on wet days (only for little kids) and I can get a coffee and browse around the garden centre. Super friendly staff especially the garden dept.

Bought wood and screws using click and collect and when I got there they told me there was a problem with my order. Turns out the product was now on special so I got refunded. Wood is very good quality, no twists or knots and very straight. Very happy with the service and product.

I returned some items with out the receipt and was made to feel as if I was lying about when I had purchase them because a colleague at the checkouts had not scanned the item correctly.Then with two others bought around the same timeI was told she did not have time to find them and I need to come back with the original receiptAnd a person form the department I was returning the items too then came and started to asked me “why had the items been scanned though the till incorrectly !!!Shocking customer service and way to treat a customer that has spent money in your storeI will definitely not shopping at this store againI thought Kerikeri store was bad, but this tops that
