Excellent service at Reception from Ephie Freeman and Dr Manoj Mohite who is a very professional GP. The nurse was also very efficient .The Staff are working under stress due to shortages of manpower etc but doing the best they can. Keep up the good work !!!

Called these people twice to book an appointment. The customer service team doesn’t listen at all. I asked them to transfer me to Ranui medical centre. The guy on the call did and no one answered and the call got disconnected. Called them for the second time and I tried explain the lady but she advised that have patience as they are really busy. Dude I am having patience that’s why I was on in a que for an hour. Second time after transferring the call the call got disconnected again. What do you want me to do call you guys again?

I have found all the male doctors here are excellent (past 5 years and current) - great people and very approachable doctors.Reception is good when they can book you same day, in the morning. Otherwise very hard to get a same day or next day appointment when you are sick.In the past I had an unpleasant experience with a female doctor who is no longer there - hard to get anything I needed done with her.

Things have changed since Dr Lindsay and Dr Smith retired from the practice.I've written a review previously about my experiences after visiting the medical centre, and it hasn't been complimentary.Today I went in 30 mins early, as advised. I saw one of the practice nurses who did the usual prechecks, weight, blood pressure etc.I was dreading seeing the Dr as it's always a different Dr, and I was concerned about my blood and urine results. I was also waiting an extra half hour before the Dr called my name.Wow, I was really surprised.... I got to see an older doctor who explained my test results, gave me great advice on what I should be doing next. I told him how I had not been taking medication for a couple of weeks because I couldn't get an appointment. He advised me to book an appointment for 3 months time, gave me the dates and wrote on my next lab test when I should be going to get tested. It was like I was talking to my beloved retired doctor, Dr Lindsay. You are my new favourite Dr Ajit Mohan Johri - thank you for treating me like a real person/patient" and giving me your time

Not sure why we have to see a nurse before seeing a doctor. If I come in for a doctor, I shouldn't have to have my time wasted with a nurse checking irrelevant things like blood pressure, height and weight. That's not what I came in for. And the nurses are quite pushy about it too. Is the practice just trying to give the nurses something to do so they don't end up unemployed? Lol.Also not happy that I made an appointment over the phone but was told when I arrived that they don't accept appointments (they only accept walk-ins). They didn't even prioritize me since I made an appointment so just kept me waiting for a long time. When I asked the receptionist, she talked to me like as if I was stupid.

The staffs and nurse are very professional however, this was my first ever frustrating visit I have with a GP. I have so much respect for doctors but I've never met so one that is incompetent and made me sound like I am lying. She claimed she couldn't understand me and she had to ask a colleague to speak to me. I am not saying my English is perfect but the last time I checked, I got a 7.5 score for my academic IELTS, so I know I can communicate well enough.I booked an appointment because I believe my fibroid from 7 years ago has grown back. I have initially reached out to my specialist to see if I can directly sent an appointment with him but I was advised to go see a GP to have it checked, and so why I'm here. She thought I was there just to get a referral letter for public funding, but I said the funding wouldn't matter because I have a private insurance. How can a GP write a letter without checking the patient??? She also said the words I used I think it has grown back" doesn't necessary mean that it has grown and she can't check from her end. Then when I later said I can feel a lump

Been going to Ranui Medical Centre now for more than 25 years and if I'm still alive next 25 or so years will still be going to them. All staff from doctors to nurses and receptionists are exceptionally wonderful, caring, professional, friendly and family orientated. Thank you RMC for providing us great healthcare service throughout.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

How unfortunate that you wait 1 week for an appointment and the receptionist is standing there talking to you for the last 5 minutes and ends up saying it’s too late the doctor has another appointment gggrrrr, the doctor wouldn’t even allow me to see him for at least 5 minutes, this is really unprofessional for a medical centre. And now I have to wait another week for an appointment.
