First time here, it was busy. Ordered passion fruit green tea and oolong milk tea. I requested no sugar for fruit tea but tasted very sweet. Oolong milk tea is tasty though. I have noticed this vendor is quite under staff and if too many orders, easily to muck around because each cup isn’t labelled separately.The staff have to check the receipt multiple times to make sure they are on right track.Hope next order would be more efficient and waiting time can be reduced.

This was easily the worst brown sugar bubble tea I have ever had. Its very bland and there were hardly any pearls. Quite disappointing, but the customer service seemed alright.

Service could be better, love how there is lots selections to choose from, but their toppings are soggy, especially their pearls.also they should have more than two people working during busy times.

Literally the best tea I’ve ever had in my life!! I got the passion fruit green tea with pearls, AMAZING! They had so many options, cutest cups with inspirational sayings, and wood biodegradable straws that didn’t take away from the drink. Amazing company, amazing product, amazing amazing amazing!

This is not the first time it has happened. My daughter comes here and she just keeps waiting for someone to take order. No one even acknowledges her and say for how long it’ll take. Instead of taking and making orders the worker is just keen for washing dishes and do work in own pace rather than speeding up and doing some multitasking.

The bubble tea here is pretty good. Must be a pretty popular place as theres always a line whenever I come here. The service here was incredible. Huge props to the young lady who was super friendly and helpful in recommending me my drink. She was working so hard as fast especially with all the people waiting in line. I got the creamy strawberry bubble tea. It tasted very deliciou. I just wish management would schedule more staff on to help out this poor busy young lady. One worker on a Saturday let alone a holiday weekend is not ideal.

Wow. This bubble tea is the worst I’ve ever had. I had the coffee bubble tea and it literally tasted like cold instant coffee with cheap pearls in it. The service was nice and that’s the only reason it gets a star. The quality and price was super disappointing. Do not recommend.

I ordered a strawberry black tea with half sugar, low ice, and pearls. The consistency if the pearls was a little tough, but the softness and taste was amazing. You could actually taste the black tea in the drink although the strawberry flavoring used was a little lacking. Good amount of pearls used. Pretty good place.
