Terrible service. Partner clearly waiting to buy food and yet got harassed for my use of the toilet. Refused to let us fill a water bottle and said we had to pay for bottled water. Would be improved if they opened some doors our had a couple of outdoor tables. Busy day so maybe they weren’t coping but we won’t bother stopping here again.

Worst cafe ever, lady was so rude. I was with my friend and my friend was buying some coffee and I was about to use wash room and that lady was telling me toilet is only for customers and trying to stop me and staring me from top to bottom like I am a thief. Won’t recommend Anyone so disappointed

Terrible service. So rude. Had my child with me who wanted to use the bathroom to which she rudely said you have to read the signs clearly and pay for something first. Fair enough. We attempted to pay and she said there were was no pay wave and rudely asked us to put our things back and pretty much leave! Rudest service I’ve ever encountered. Don’t waste your time. I’m shocked at the level of rudeness we encountered.

Honestly, if I could give this place no stars I would - what horrible service (I was sworn at by the lady at the front as she followed me into the bathroom), what horrible coffee - do not stop here! Keep on driving I promise it’ll be worth it.

Very very happy with this place. Friendly service, and the food is value for money.In my opinion, this is more of a truck stop than a high end Auckland cafe, but I think that's obvious from the outside, so there should be no surprises.Went there with the family and we were all very happy with the food and service.The toilets also seemed clean, a little outdated, but clean, and that's the main thing.I've got no problem going back again, and recommend it to anyone looking for a decent meal at a decent price.

Worst experience ever.The lady behind the counter very rude.I bought the drink and ask for using the toilet and she said yes but not your whole family.Everyone have to buy something if they want to use toilet.We’re running the same kind of business we didn’t do that.Money is not everything!Life is too short!Keep smiling !

Very caring in respect to offering to clean cups out & offering a box to carry items in. Commented on remembering us from a year ago with our drinks remembered what we had. Very clean rest room & Cafe would definitely recommend.

I thought the food was nice. Atmosphere could do with a touch up. I thought the lady behind the counter was rude to others with comments like no you cannot use the toilet until you buy something". I understand that the toilets are not public per say
